Booking a call does not create a contractual obligation to deliver services. Any engagement requires a signed proposal or written agreement detailing scope, deliverables, and fees.
5. Fees & invoicing
Fees and payment terms for each engagement are defined in the corresponding agreement. Quoted amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Quebec law.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information exchanged in the course of an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your business information except as required to deliver services or by law.
7. Disclaimers
The site and our services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific marketing or revenue outcomes, since results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nova Prospex Marketing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
